Due to the nature of our offerings, and to maintain the highest levels of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, we kindly ask that all customers review our refund and return policy before purchasing.

No Returns or Refunds

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. As our products fall under the category of personal care, they are subject to hygiene restrictions that prohibit us from accepting opened, handled, or even unopened items back into inventory.

This policy is in place to protect our customers and ensure that every product received is untouched, uncontaminated, and safe for use.

Why Returns Aren’t Accepted

  • Products like Scream and Scream Zero are topical applications and classified as single-user goods.

  • Even if unopened, they are deemed unsuitable for resale once shipped.

  • This is standard industry practice for cosmetic and health-related items to protect consumers and uphold public safety.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We understand that things can go wrong during transit. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Email Info@screamrecovery.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

We will review your case and, if approved, offer either a replacement product or a full refund at no extra cost.
