You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its functionality, upload malicious code, or copy any content without written permission.

All content including text, branding, images and product descriptions is the property of Scream Recovery and may not be reproduced without written consent.

3. Products and Product Use

Our products are for external use only.

Always follow the usage instructions on the packaging. We recommend performing a patch test before full application. Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only.

As our products contain natural ingredients, slight variations in colour and scent may occur.

Scream 1000mg contains hemp derived cannabidiol. It contains less than 0.2 percent THC and complies with UK cosmetic regulations. It is for cosmetic topical use only and is not intended for ingestion.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

4. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order occurs when the product is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact Info@screamrecovery.com.

7. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel, email Info@screamrecovery.com.

You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please include your order number inside the parcel.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at Info@screamrecovery.com as soon as possible. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scream Recovery shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or its products.

You are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for your individual needs before use. We are not responsible for misuse, improper storage or failure to follow instructions.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy below.

11. Third Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc who provide the e commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

We may use third party providers for payments, delivery and analytics. We are not responsible for third party websites or services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
